Logistics platform:
Shipment Disruption Response for
Global supply chain teams.
Dashboard design

This was a quick project on a logistics-platform company: a Logistics Disruption Response task. I was asked to design a UX flow that simplifies and supports response to a sudden global shipping disruption. Their evaluation criteria were a clear journey from disruption to resolution; clean, readable, and polished UI designs; research thinking (assumptions or insights grounded in context); prototyping; and a well-structured, easy-to-follow case study.
The specific user flow to design was intended to help an Operations Manager: (1) discover impacted shipments, and (2) take action - reroute, reschedule, or notify stakeholders. The solution was expected to be focused and well-reasoned, built from scratch rather than adapted from a pre-existing system.
